Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Legal Status

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated by Lucky Sands Gaming Limited ("Lucky Sands Gaming", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Lucky Sands Gaming is duly licensed and regulated in the Republic of Zambia under Licence No. CL-000009/10-2023 to provide online gaming and wagering services.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, together with all related policies including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, AML/CFT Policy, Bonus Terms, and applicable Game Rules.

2. Eligibility, Legal Capacity and Account Registration

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia or your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and valid government-issued identification. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one account with Lucky Sands Gaming.

3. Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorised or not. Lucky Sands Gaming shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify Lucky Sands Gaming immediately.

4. Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance

Lucky Sands Gaming operates a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) framework in line with Zambian legislation, Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) directives, and international best practices. All Players are subject to Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") verification, sanctions screening, and ongoing transaction monitoring.

5. Deposits, Payments and Financial Transactions

Lucky Sands Gaming accepts deposits via payment methods displayed on the Platform and reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion. All deposits must be made using payment instruments that are legally owned by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6. Wagers, Game Integrity and Fair Play

All games offered on the Platform are governed by clearly defined rules and payout structures. Lucky Sands Gaming utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and reputable third-party game providers to ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity. Players must engage in fair play at all times.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Incentives

From time to time, Lucky Sands Gaming may offer bonuses, free spins, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms and Conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and eligible games. Any abuse or misuse of promotional offers may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

8. Withdrawals and Verification Procedures

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and compliance checks. Prior to approving withdrawals, Lucky Sands Gaming may require Players to complete full KYC verification and provide additional documentation as deemed necessary.

9. Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

Lucky Sands Gaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Player's account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML/CFT breaches, violation of these Terms, or at the direction of regulatory authorities. In the event of business cessation, Lucky Sands Gaming commits to providing a minimum of six (6) months' notice.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Sands Gaming shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Players agree to indemnify Lucky Sands Gaming against any claims, losses, or damages arising from breaches of these Terms or unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts, unless otherwise required by law or regulatory directive.
